We urge you to be on time for your appointment. Make sure your eyelashes are clean and without makeup. Cleaning eyelashes takes time and will reduce the eyelash application time. Please avoid oily products around your lashes, prior to your appointment.
These costs are non-refundable.
For all appointments, we require 24 hours notice in case of cancellation or reschedule. If 24 hours notice is not provided, clients will be charged a no-show fee of $50 to cover the costs incurred.
Our certified eyelash technicians will always do their best. We offer a full removal, for free, if you are not 100% satisfied with your application.
